That's looks very good. I would have also tried it with some other elements from the book. Diagonal: solid or transparent form, line, crop. Incorporate the text with a diagonal, as in the book? The text 'this is just an experiment' at same angle as book diagonal? Make the words and border a mask over the photo?
ReplyDeleteFor the cover or/back-cover, why not a black halftone of the swirling photos you just did? With the existing text as a knockout or mask? That also makes a concept connection between the book and the poster. Now you just need to have the swirling incorporated in the web page and it's very consistent.
